Polytechnics in the Market
Seeking to encourage greater insertion of women in the financial market, we promote several initiatives to engage the female audience and offer opportunities to approach the market. Among these projects, we highlight Politécnicas no Mercado, a project held anually that promotes classes on basic market content and visits to renowned institutions for female Poli-USP students.

On Monday, 06/05/2023, Poli Finance had the pleasure of taking the members of the first edition of "Politécnicas no Mercado" to BTG Pactual for a conversation about Investment Banking.
During the visit, they were able to learn more about how the area works inside the bank and also about the presence of women in the labor market, through a conversation with two women that work in Investment Banking.
On Saturday, May 27th, Poli Finance had the pleasure of taking the members of the first edition of "Politécnicas no Mercado" for an In-Company meeting at Itaú BBA.
At the meeting, the girls were able to learn a little more about the bank, especially about the structuring of Itaú's Asset, and also about the career and presence of women in the labor market.
On Wednesday, May 3, the participants of "Politécnicas no Mercado" had the opportunity to visit Warburg Pincus for a round of conversation about Private Equity.
During the event, the girls learned about the different investment cycles of the private equity market, Warburg Pincus' cases and the daily life in the financial market.
Poli Finance had the honor of receiving, on 04/19/2023, Zeina Latif, former chief economist of XP and former Secretary of Economic Development of the State of São Paulo, and Andrea Pinheiro, founding partner and former Managing Director of BR Partners, in another edition of "Poli Finance Convida".
